Return to 2025 Baseball & Softball

The "MoCo" Nationals All-Star Showcase Team, sponsored by the 2019 World Series Champion Washington Nationals, is an exciting new MoCo Nike RBI subprogram that offers a unique identification experience and talent assessment pathway for high school underclassmen worthy of premium MLB youth development consideration.

Additionally, the "MoCo" Nationals All-Star Showcase Team now serves as a DMV-based pipeline into our flagship “MoCo” Washington Nationals Scout Team subprogram, while allowing high-achieving scholar-athletes to demonstrate their talent for collegiate baseball programs located within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.

TOURNAMENTS

The “MoCo” Nationals All-Star Showcase Team utilizes tournament play to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of each prospective candidate in competitive game-action. During the upcoming Fall 2025 season, our tournament schedule will include events hosted in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and North Carolina.

SHOWCASES

Since 2020, MoCo Nike RBI has identified countless candidates for premier showcases, resulting in more than fifty (50) scholar-athletes from our pipeline being selected to events such as the Area Code Games, Area Code Underclass Games, Atlanta Braves 44 Classic, East Coast Pro (ECP), MLB/USA Baseball Prospect Development Pipeline (PDP), MLB Breakthrough Series, MLB Dream Series, MLB Hank Aaron Invitational, and USA Baseball NTIS.

ELIGIBILITY

The "MoCo" Nationals All-Star Showcase Team is an exclusive invitation-only opportunity for youth baseball players that are currently in grades 9-10.

New participants must be rising underclassmen in either the high school graduation class of 2028 or 2029, and cannot have reached their 17th birthday before May 1, 2025. Interested candidates will be vetted extensively by MoCo Nike RBI prior to receiving any consideration for premium opportunities or team placement.

Scholar-athletes that have academically reclassified into a lower grade-level may be ruled ineligible to participate with the "MoCo" Nationals All-Star Showcase Team. Furthermore, participants are expected to maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade-point average (GPA) throughout their time in our program.

All questions and inquiries about the "MoCo" Nationals All-Star Showcase Team should be directed via email to Jackson@4SeamSports.org

Participants are NOT allowed to be members of any other Nike RBI program or MLB Youth Academy.
